Phase 01: Inventory
Surface every tool, subscription, and manual workflow that keeps the business running.
We work from what you already track. Vendor lists, recurring invoices, expense categories, an SSO or admin export when available, plus a short survey of what your team actually uses day-to-day. The gap between what leadership thinks gets used and what really gets used is usually the first surprise.

Phase 02: Workflow Mapping
Map how work actually flows across sales, ops, finance, and delivery.
Not the org-chart version. The real version. We identify where the same data gets entered twice, where information lives in a single person's head, and where the seams between tools are held together by human effort.

Each candidate gets a build complexity rating. Candidates that solve related problems get bundled into single coherent builds. Bundles get sequenced by impact, dependency, and complexity. Direction tags (Keep, Replace, Augment) get confirmed and locked. The output is a prioritized plan ready to be packaged into client-facing paths.

Phase 05: The Proposal

Path A is a single integration plus enablement. Path B is the full phased replacement, sequenced over a defined period. Path C is a bespoke build when the diagnostic surfaces a problem outside the standard categories. Path A starts at a $5,000 floor; Paths B and C are scoped bespoke. You can choose one, combine elements, or take the report and act on it yourself.
